FAQ

Most frequent questions and answers

As a psychologist, my curiosity has always extended to the workings of psychodynamics. Drawing inspiration from the pioneering work of Carl Jung, who ventured into unorthodox practices like astro-psychology, Archetypes, Synchronicity, etcetera,  I’ve dedicated years to studying and researching these fields. Incorporating them into my informal counselling settings allowed me to delve deeper into the subconscious, enabling me to unravel complex situations. This fusion grants me the ability to provide more profound insights and solutions for my clients.

These practices hold greater significance for the individual seeking assistance than for my personal gain. When people visit a psychologist, they seek not just solace but solutions. These approaches aid in comprehending the “why” underlying the “what” – essentially, they uncover the root causes of problems. This understanding is pivotal in crafting effective solutions for individuals.

“What” denotes a person’s external situation, while “why” delves into the core reason or driving force behind that situation. Unearthing the root cause is essential for resolution. This is where practices like astro-psychology come into play, as they have the capacity to unveil the underlying factors contributing to a problem.

No, I am not an astrologer. Practices like yoga, meditation, Ayurveda, and others were established by Rishis and Maharishis to enhance human life holistically – physically, mentally, and spiritually. These practices were interwoven into daily life without shortcuts. Astrology, while not employed to fulfil wishes, was used to comprehend karmic equilibrium and to navigate the righteous path using the available free will.

It helps in gaining profound insights into a person’s psyche, inherent mental, physical, and emotional traits, as well as vulnerabilities. Armed with this assessment, one can adopt a counselling approach best suited to guide individuals and furnish them with the tools necessary to confront and manage their challenges.
